1. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return an item if it meets the following conditions:

- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (refer to section 8).
- You provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or payment confirmation).
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return or may be returned to you at your own expense.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Mention your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions:
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the address to ship the item back.
- Ship the Item:
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship it to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping method.
- Retain the tracking number for reference.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- If your return is not approved (due to damage, missing parts, or non-compliance), the item may be shipped back to you.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, we recommend:
- Returning the original item following the return process above.
- Placing a new order for the desired item on https://savershop.sbs.
This ensures faster service and helps us maintain accurate stock levels.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective or malfunctioning
- Different from what you ordered
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@savershop.sbs with the following:
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging
We will verify the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate. In such cases, SaverShop will bear the return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned as per our policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items
